Chapter Lead Design

We are looking for a bright and driven person to join and lead our design Chapter in Sweden. Telenor is rapidly heading towards the digital future and we are looking for people with a natural proactive drive who wish to make a difference.

In order to be truly agile in our way of work, we have organized all our marketing and digital interactions into three Tribes: Sales & Marketing, CLM & Engagement and Service & Support. The Tribes consist of cross functional, self-governing Squads delivering value in different parts of the customer lifecycle.

Are you a passionate Designer striving to create the best quality in your design deliveries while maintaining a visual identity? In this role you will lead a tribe consisting of 7 designers whom you will inspire and coach. You will be key in shaping a strong creative culture so that the tribe can reach their full potential. We love our brand, and we hope you will do the same. Therefore, it is important for us that you make sure that we adhere to our brand platform and that it permeates all communication.

You
In order for you to thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you should have extensive experience working as a designer both operationally and strategically. As you will be managing a tribe of designers we also think you should have several years of leadership experience. If you also have experience from retail and UX, we’ll appreciate you even more.
