UI Designer

Your Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and skilled UI Designer that will work together with the UX-team in Stockholm. You will be working with our visual identity, defining how this identity shall be interpreted in digital interfaces especially in mobile and tablet interfaces, for the global products we develop at Shared Technologies.
Responsibilities and challenges:
Working closely with interaction designers in order to translate lo-fi wireframes, to the high resolution designs
Hands on work with the development teams at Shared Technologies to determine user interface needs and to ensure technical feasibility and flawless implementation.
Quickly help out with prototyping and feedback in our iterative working environment.
Communicate design decisions to stakeholders

Who you are
You have at least 5 years of experience working as a UI Designer. The role requires experience of working with different operating systems and platforms, including mobile platforms.
You have a genuine interest in new technology and have an open mind.
You are a team player, you love helping others and you are always ready to both help and ask for help when needed.
You share information and knowledge openly and proactively. You enjoy working in larger teams with a culture of freedom and responsibility and are self-disciplined.
You should have a good knowledge about emerging user interfaces / interaction design standards and best practices.
You have excellent communication skills; have an analytical mindset with attention to detail. The ability to build relationships with key contacts and empathy for cultural differences is part of your personality.

Qualifications
5 years of proven experience in UI Design.
International experience, bonus if you have been working abroad
You have experience in creating and implementing a consistent design based on wireframes.
Great skills in the Adobe package and Sketch.
Knowledge about Lean and Agile way of working.
You must be fluent in spoken and written English, and it is good if you speak Swedish as well.
