We are looking for an IT User Experience professional

We are looking for a junior User Experience professional to represent the User Engagement department in IT projects ensuring communication, training and user support requirements are met, and to create user-oriented materials and communication about IT services and products to maximize awareness, adoption, utilization and user satisfaction.

Preferred employee profile is a young talented Training and Communication Designer to produce image designs and videos with high visual impact for our internal IT customer messages.

Successful candidates will have a demonstrable track record of being a self-starter and achieving their goals, with the ability to deliver multiple tasks to tight and changing deadlines, and a passion for enhancing product adoption, utilization and proficiency. You will have experience creating and delivering consumer-centric information, training and communication material.

Experience in the following areas is required

• IT knowledge: enterprise tools, products, services, processes, projects, user support, etc.

• Strong end user orientation with ability to summarize and explain topics in the easiest way possible

• Exceptional written and spoken communication skills that allow you to inform and advise others clearly

• Passion and enthusiasm for design and knowledge on computer graphic design and image/video creation with professional tools (eg: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or similar)

• Ability to produce designs with high visual impact for our internal IT customer messages

• Inspiration, creativity and ability to come up with ideas for professional image and video designs

•Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools

• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of a project lifecycle

Responsibilities

• Participation in IT projects representing User Engagement requirement

• Support users in terms of communication and training

• Create visual materials mixing design and information-development aiming effective communication and training with Siemens internal employees

• Conceptualize design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex information;

• Video edition and post-production

• Promote the use of design guidelines, best practices and standards

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• Experience participating in IT projects or initiatives: user support, training, communication, etc.

• Willingness to be part of an international multicultural team that works and interacts virtually

• Demonstrable graphic design skills and proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe After Effects or other visual design and video motion tools

• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction

• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively

• Professional proficiency in English and Swedish in spoken and written terms is required.
