Academic Work is looking for a Business Analyst to Pricers product development department. Pricer is the global leader in providing in-store digital shelf-edge solutions, which enhances both store performance as well as customer experience. Your role will be to work with development of new products or improve existing on their platform finding new innovative solutions. In this role you will be working with people from all over the world, many of them in France since this is Pricers biggest market.

Pricer is a company with a great focus on creativity and innovation. Therefore, they have Lab-Friday every second week where the employees get to use their creativity to work on a technical project of their choice within the field of work. Many times, this has led to innovative features and new exciting implementations of Pricers’ solutions.

This job is a recruitment position, which means that you will be employed directly by Pricer.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for breaking down high level requirements to a detailed level for the development team to work with. This means that you will have to gather, structure and analyze intelligence and identify relevant information crucial for successful product development. From this you will use your creativity to suggest functional solutions for the products.

You will work in 1-2 different projects at a time and they are usually 6-12 months long. In each project you will work closely with the product manager, developers, testers and UX designers. This is a new role which means that you will be a big part of setting new routines for this role. You will for example:

* Gather intelligence through interviews and monitoring
* Structure, analyze and document your work
* Present functional solutions to the team

The position suits you who have an interest in innovation and product development and wants to work in a role where you will develop quickly.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* Has an engineering degree within a relevant area, for example Computer Technology or Industrial Engineering

* Has good knowledge and an interest of statistics and analytics
* Has a technical competence which enables you to understand technical challenges
* Has experience from working Business Processes and Business Analysing
* Has experience from a product company, preferable within the digital price tag solutions domain
* Has technical knowledge within a data analytics system, such as Qlik View
* Speaks English fluently on a professional level

For this position we are looking for someone who is thorough and meticulous with an analytical mindset. You are driven and have the ability to identify key-people and relevant information. Furthermore you are social and curious; we are looking for someone who can talk to anyone and who can ask the right questions in order to get the information you need. You have the ability to handle and understand complex systems.
