We are now looking for a Tech Lead on our clients behalf!

We are now seeking a Tech lead to set and drive the IT strategy for our consumer (B2C) app. This person will join the team at the time when our client is setting themselves up for growth. We are looking for someone who is very hands-on and someone that is challenged by building a development team where technology, efficiency and through-put is constantly challenged. This position is based in Stockholm and will report to the CPO of our client. Opportunity of becoming a partner will be possible for the right candidate.

You will:

- Set and manage the overall strategy for how their tech platform should be developed and used

- Be responsible for design of the tech platform

- Continuously analyse threats and opportunities related to their technology stack

- Together with the product owner drive the product development

- Lead the development team and develop as well

- Challenge existing technical solutions and utilize new technology

- Lead the recruitment of tech personnel

- Secure the tech platform’s quality regarding performance, scalability, maintainability and flexibility

- Focus on development through-put

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple unknowns.

- Probably currently working in a tech startup, growth-stage company or IT consulting company

- Knowledgeable in architecture of B2C products with high transaction volumes

- Experienced in the development process including deep knowledge of development tools, databases, frameworks, etc.

- Someone who likes hands-on development

- Knowledgeable in IT system maintenance and infrastructure

- Highly experienced in backend and/or app development

- Familiar with PHP, MySQL, Mule/Anypoint integration platform or equivalent

- Someone who has demonstrated thought leadership for a large B2C product.
