The job
As the first Visual Merchandiser within the design team, your mission will be to strengthen our brand within the retail sector. In close cooperation with the retail sales team, you will be responsible for everything: from conceptualization to delivery of sales-converting POS material. Your role has a clear focus on products and sales in order to support and maximize our business goals. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Full-suite design and delivery of standardized and customized POS material for local and global partners and exhibitions.
• Manage POS material suppliers to ensure high-quality, cost-effective, and timely production and delivery
• Assist retail customers through the creation and delivery of marketing material - online and print - including banners, flyers, catalogs, showroom presentations, etc.
• Create and continuously develop sales presentations, planograms and other tools needed by the Sales team.
• Create, coordinate, and distribute monthly newsletters to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements
Besides creativity and efficiency, you possess an uncanny ability to prioritize your action points. You set and maintain clearly defined, measurable goals, and high-quality standards. You have an understanding of the commercial landscape and can identify business opportunities—always with an eye to highlight our products and maximize sales. You must master the tools we use:

• InDesign
• Photoshop
• MS Office (Powerpoint and Excel primarily)
• Relevant CAD tools (AutoCAD, etc.) 

You possess a proficiency in both Swedish and English (extra languages are a plus), and you are willing to travel. Of course, your portfolio must be crisp and showcase your diverse talents! Other information
You will be based in either of our main offices; Stockholm or Norrköping. You choose. You will report to our Senior Art Director. The position is a full-time position and will be filled as soon as we find the right candidate.
