Graphic Artist for Game Studio

Nu Creatives client is a game development studio operating in the free2play and online gambling space. As they are growing we are now looking for a skilled Artist on their behalf.

The Job

As an Artist you will be part of a collaborative and experienced team of around 30 people, situated in central Stockholm. You will be offered a creative and challenging role in an environment that is continually evolving. You will work with everything from visualizing early game ideas, to producing the final artwork used in the games. You will be a central figure in one of the games teams where your contribution will make a real difference to the design and quality of the games.

A team player with strong initiative and self-motivation. Someone energetic and multi-talented; who speaks up and have plenty of ideas; who lives by the rule: work hard, play hard.

Qualifications
- Good at creating appealing characters and backgrounds
- Very good at rendering artwork with a great finish
- Good with diverse subject matters and art styles
- Keen eye for color harmonies, lighting and materials such as glossy metals, gold and jewels
- Comfortable with creating artwork that works well in icons and symbols
- Driven, creative and organized

Bonus Skills & Experience
- Experience with effects and animation (After Effects, Particular)
- 3D modeling, texturing, lighting and rendering
- Logotype Design
- UX Design
- Preferably prior experience working with game graphics
