THIS IS THE JOB
As a Dynamics Developer at Stratiteq you are an important part of creating the solutions for our clients, we call it being a Craftsperson. You are a central figure when it comes to create Dynamics CRM solutions and to enlighten the clients in the platform, helping them on their digital transformation that lies ahead. You will be part of a team with other Dynamics Developers and Platform Specialists and together you work closely to deliver the best solutions for our clients. In your role as a Dynamics Developer, you take part in several different stages within the client projects. You work with new client projects, ongoing development, maintenance and support to our existing clients.
You will be a part of multiple projects and work both inhouse and at the client’s office to guide and be committed in the projects. In order to succeed, you will be equipped with the best of toolboxes.

To succeed as a Dynamics Developer at Stratiteq, continuous learning is crucial. At Stratiteq we learn from each other and share experiences from different projects. For instance, via brown bag sessions, internal conferences or external trainings. We work closely together, and we take pride in the team effort and cheer for each other.
One of the most important qualities we are looking for is passion, as we believe that if you have passion for your craft, you can learn the skills. However, some skills are preferable to be able to succeed in this role. We believe that you have experience from working hands-on with configuration and development within the Dynamics CRM platform. You are confident when it comes to your skills within the platform, both when it comes to developing and configuration and supporting clients within the platform. You also need to be comfortable in English, both when spoken and when written and, it´s an advantage if you also speak Swedish. Its extra good (but not a requirement) if you have some experience with C#, Javascript, .Net and Azure.
