Interaction Designer

As we are continuously growing both in the Nordics and internationally, we need to strengthen our UX team with our first interaction designer in the Stockholm Office! Are you a creative team player with a keen interest in sharing your knowledge within UX? Then the position as Interaction Designer would be a great fit for you!

Your role as interaction designer at Benify

You are part of the UX department together with other Interaction Designers, Visual Designer and User Researcher. In your daily work you will spend a lot of time collaborating both with UX colleagues and will also be part of a great group of people in cross-functional R&D teams consisting of UX, developers and product owners. Every day you and your colleagues will work to improve and create new user experiences on our platform. You’ll also guide our content development team with your expertise in User Experience, which means that communication and an ability to gain trust and guide others will be crucial - the purpose is to share knowledge to make our product even more user friendly. You get to work a with a successful product that has many end-users all over the world and you get to impact all those end-users’ wellbeing through the development of our product.

During a normal day at Benify you will:

• Together with User Researcher, develop user journeys and understand user behavior
• Creating prototypes, wireframes and mockups
• Lead workshops with different stakeholders
• Guide colleagues and share knowledge in the UX area
• Contribute in developing processes and ways of working

You are have a little creative genius inside and we also believe that you are a communicative person who is not afraid to speak in front of a crowd, lead workshops, ask question and dare to challenge. You do this in a humble way because you understand the importance of building trust and you enjoy working with different types of people in other competence areas.

We also believe that you have:

• A great portfolio that shows how you worked on projects consisting of digital products (so please attach a portfolio in your application)
• Experience from using Sketch or similar tools
• Education in a relevant field and/or a couple of years' experience in UX and interaction design, but your skills are more important than experience
• Experience from designing digital products (web and/or apps)
