UX Designer for HR Tech Platform

Do you enjoy mixing user research and stakeholder workshops with interaction design and detailing UI? Would you like doing this in an international setting and as part of a friendly and caring culture? Then you might be one of the two new designers we’re looking for to join us! 

With us, you’ll spend most of your workday in close collaboration with colleagues from our autonomous product teams made up by members in different countries. From uncovering business goals and user needs to getting the design details just right. Focus and assignments might vary over time, but our product platform includes both web and native apps. Your design team colleagues are there for support and collaboration when you need us. And we’re all part of evolving our platform design system and guidelines as well as feedback and knowledge sharing together.  

These days, most of us combine remote work from home with days at the office. Being a small design team and on top of that collaborating with colleagues across our whole organization daily, we all strive to be flexible towards each other and know that your best work is done when the day-to-day works for you and your life. 

About us 
Talentech is an HR tech company spread over the Nordics, the Netherlands and Poland. Our platform of digital tools supports the full talent journey – from attraction and recruitment of candidates, onboarding and development of employees to offboarding. We’re also big enough to make an impact, but at the same time small enough for every team member to be heard and make their mark on the stuff we do. 

The product design team is part of Talentech’s product organization. Currently our team members are based in Stockholm or Oslo, which is why we’re looking for our new members in either city. 

What we’re looking for 
We’re hoping to find designers with enough skills, experience and awareness to know when and how to move forward, as well as when to stop and take a step back or ask for help. You might not tick all the boxes but apply anyway if you think you’re on your way there. We’re crossing our fingers for talents who identify with this: 

• 3 years or more in a UX designer role, with experience and interest for the whole process from discovery and research to finished design and iterations. 
• Experience from complex applications to successfully design with regards to multiple dimensions, scalability and platform perspective. 
• Confident at applying design systems – making the most of available components as well as ensuring your designs align with patterns. 
• Proficient in English, being our company’s main language. 
• Desire to share and collaborate with others.

• Gamification and engagement. 
• Native app design. 
• Accessibility. 
• UX writing. 
• Visual design. 
• Quantitative data and conversion.
