Magine Pro is looking for an exceptional Sales Engineer in video streaming services & applications. We are looking for someone who is passionate about digital technology and has a proven track record in digital media within the enterprise platform or managed/cloud services industry. The candidate must be highly motivated, extremely organised, team-oriented, creative, and possess outstanding communication skills.

We need you to work alongside the commercial team and bridge that knowledge gap between engineering and sales, while we pursue new clients. With you in the commercial team, we believe we can build trust for, and promote our technical platform as well as Magine Pro’s technical capabilities among clients. In short, we need for you to be the link between the client’s technical leadership and Magine Pro’s product and operations team.

Who you are:
You're as passionate about people as you are of technology. You get things done thanks your curiosity and willingness to dig deep.

You're used to owning all (or the majority) of the aspects related to technical sales, including technical solution documentation, such as proposal documents, presentations and responses to RFIs and RFPs. Ambiguity is a source of creativity to you, and handling multiple parallel challenges makes things interesting. If you're not allowed to take initiative and drive projects forward you feel stifled.
You are not scared, or have too much pride, to help out when and where needed. English comes natural to you and you're able to travel when needed, both to meet prospective clients, but also to represent Magine Pro at conferences and trade shows.

Experience

- Client facing technical sales, with RFI, RFP and Solution Sales Experience.
- Requirements gathering and scope management - translating and prioritising client requests.
- A software development, software support, systems architect or similar technical experience from a digital platform business (consumer or business to business).
- Working and defining Product Marketing Assets.
- Creating Technical Enablement Assets & Ways of working to support scaling sales activities

The following knowledge will be seen as a bonus (if not, don't worry, if you're a fast learner, you'll be fine):

- Video Delivery Technology (Encode, Transcode, Storage, DRM, Player Tech).
- Linear, Live and VOD Media Delivery Workflows.
- CRM, CMS & Billing Integrations
- Understanding of Full Stack Capabilities (Infrastructure/AWS, APIs, Backend and Client Integrations such as Android Apps / Samsung TV Apps).
- Product Management Experience.
