Job Description

  • Turn business challenges into structured data analyses
  • Be responsible for the full analysis process from problem and scope definition to data extraction, cleaning, analysis, visualization, creating recommendations, and presenting results.
  • Be the data analytics expert in cross-functional teams and collaborate with business stakeholders to solve business challenges using data analytics.
  • Work on a broad variety of business challenges with a wide range of business stakeholders (sales, purchasing, logistics, marketing, etc.).
  • Utilize technical skills in SQL in combination with other analytics tools that can help you reach your goals (e.g., R, Python, or Power BI)

Qualifications

  • Have developed strong analytical skills through relevant work experience as a business analyst, data analyst or similar.
  • Have strong business sense and business interest with the ability of making sound interpretations of data and other information.
  • Have excellent communication skills and are skilled in translating and explaining complex data analysis to non-technical and/or senior stakeholders.
  • Have informal leadership experience enabling you to coach colleagues and advice business stakeholders on the use of structured data analysis to solve business challenges.
  • Have hands-on working experience writing advanced SQL queries to extract, prep, validate, and analyze large data sets.
  • Have experience and skills in analyzing, visualizing, and presenting complex data set using relevant programming languages and/or BI tools..
  • Are prestigeless and enjoy collaborating with others to solve problems.
  • Have an academic degree in a quantitative field (economics, business, engineering, statistics, finance, computer science, etc.).
  • Are fluent in English—Swedish is not mandatory
