Description

Our client is looking for a Power BI Specialist & Data Analyst. As a Power BI Specialist & Data Analyst in the Workplace Insights product team, you will work as a key enabler to secure realization of business value from analytics, data, and models in the clients product. You will design and implement tools that helps stakeholders extract and analyze data faster and better. You advocate for data-driven decision-making through analysis and bringing different data points together. You are an expert on data storytelling and enjoy giving life to the data.

Works tasks:

- Process, clean, and verify the integrity of data used for analysis
- Utilize technical skills to develop analytical tools (e.g., Power BI dashboards, Network Analysis)
- Train and support our stakeholders in our analytical tools
- Advocate and enable data-driven decision making through viable experimentation, supported by quantitative analysis and by bringing different data points together
- Identify opportunities by leveraging data and models
- Analyze datasets and select, test, and develop the best method or model for your analysis together with the team
- Support product development and help showcase their value
- Support the product needs both with long term analytical needs (e.g., recurring reports) and adhoc analysis

Mandatory competence and experience:

- M365
- Power BI
- Programming languages such as SQL, R or Python

Preferred competence and experience:

- Experience in data visualization with excellent knowledge of Power BI
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize data into clear insights
- Ability to effectively communicate insights using narratives and visualization
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written is required
- Experience in working with HR data and HR stakeholders
- Knowledge of Microsoft Workplace Analytics or similar
