Product Owner

We’re looking for a product owner to join our product team. You want to get stuff done, maybe even change the world. If you leave the office on a Friday without your stuff gotten done, you will get a serious itch during the weekend, lie awake at night and twist and turn in bed longing for Monday so you can get things done.

In short you are a doer.

But also a thinker and shiny individual that will get some of the best developers and designers in town to build an amazing digital health company making world class products - better than anything done in for example Silicon Valley. And by the way, you are not only a doer with great ideas and capacity to inspire others. You are also a nice person. We do not hire brilliant jerks!

Responsibilities:

• Make sure your team get stuff done and are motivated!
• Together with the team creating the product backlog / roadmap based on the product vision, and prioritize to ensure that the company’s goals are met
• Be the strategical, long term, part of the team and make sure we focus on solving the right things
• Organize and plan the day-to-day work of the teams and set goals to make sure targets are met and product development is quickly moving forward
• Participate in planning, daily stand-ups and demos
• Be the go-to person in projects and make sure we take decisions to move forward
• Set up goals for every feature in terms of product metrics and give feedback to the team both from metrics and users
• Communicate project statuses company wide
• Play a key role in improving work processes together with the other product owners, stakeholders and team leads to maximize throughput
• Directly responsible for the deadlines and execution of your projects
• Directly responsible for the releases, follow up after each release and to plan iterations

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience working in a product driven environment (eg. product development or ownership)
• You are a “doer, a self-starter who can work both independently and in a team environment.
• Deep understanding for product development both from a UX and technical perspective (preferable mobile app development for consumer services)
• Great social and communication skills and the ability to develop strong stakeholder relationships and to motivate team members.
• Focused on delivery with a passion for quality and creativity - wants to be proud of your work
• Well organized and have the ability to handle many streams of information as well as projects. -Sensitive to the team’s needs, all stakeholders needs and the company needs all at the same time, with the ability to rationalize priorities calmly, take fast decisions and communicate clearly.
• Data and evidence driven and always make sure to build a strong case for your thinking.
• Knowledge and experience working with agile development teams and processes
