Description

Our client is now looking for a Software Engineer. You will work alongside a Product Owner, Business Experts, Data Analysts and other Software Engineers in an agile team, with the responsibility for creating and designing solutions that fulfil our customers' shopping experience.

Work tasks:

- Work with professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle
- Translate product strategy and requirement into suitable, maintainable and scalable solution design
- Collaborate closely with the product owner and other cross-functional teams, share best practices as well as discuss and motivate design solutions
- Having experience in building systems that handle high volumes of data and may be experienced in building products rather than solution architecting

Mandatory competence and experience:

- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related field
- Have at least 10 years’ experience with development and maintenance projects
- Have experience in driving/facilitating technical solutions and discussions
- Have good object-oriented developer experience, preferably Java
- Have good knowledge of the Spring tech stack and Cloud architecture, preferably Azure
- Have experience from Microservices and distributed systems
- Have experience from transaction-intensive environments and integration in JMS, REST
