UI/UX Designer to FishBrain

We are the world-leading social network for anglers (professional and amateur enthusiast fishermen and women) with over 1 million users on our iOS and Android apps. We help our anglers to catch more and bigger fish and give them a chance to brag about it! Over the last year, we have been featured in AppStore, Forbes, TechCrunch, Bloomberg, VentureBeat, etc.

Our team consists of more than 20 talented and fun people from all around the world, located in Stockholm.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You are passionate about creating intuitive and smooth user experiences. Probably you’ve done work with apps and/or mobile web before, and is now looking to join a team with skilled colleagues that makes everyday work a lot more fun while gaining greater skills.

SCOPE

Your daily work will involve both improving existing designs and UI/UX as well as coming up with new ways to design our app to create smooth and great graphics, UI and UX for our users. It’s an advantage if you have worked with designing for both the iOS and Android platform before. You will be part of our design team, today consisting of two people.

WISH LIST

• Some experience in working with prototype tools such as Invision
• Experience or willing to work with Sketch (our main design tool)
• Experience of UI/UX design for apps and/or mobile web
• Basic understanding of the technical implications of design
• Eager to stay up to date with design trends and UI conventions for iOS and Android
• 5+ years of work experience as designer
• Great ambition, skills and enjoy being part of a great team in a fast paced startup environment
