We’re looking for a fantastic person to join our team as Director, Finance & Accounting. It’s a hands-on role running our outsourced accounting and you’ll be key to us building a solid finance and accounting function. We are growing quickly and even though you should be thorough and process oriented, you should enjoy the constant changes in a fast growing start-up. You are self-motivated and easy-going. We hope and believe you will take on more responsibility as Lifesum grows from a startup to a global company.
Role
- Overall responsibility for accounting, closing of books, budgeting and reporting
- Manage the day-to-day finance and accounting work together with our outsourced accounting function
- Monthly closing of books and quarterly budget updates
- Monthly reporting to board and investors
- Forecasting and analysis
- Source and manage external service providers
- Superuser of accounting system Visma.net
- Reporting to the CEO
Education, Experience & Skills
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience (accounting using K3 accounting principles, monthly and annual reporting, tax)
- Master of Science, Economics or Business Administration with a major in Accounting or Finance
- Swedish and English proficiency
