Now we are searching for you, a dynamic incident manager to join our Tribe. In this role, you'll be responsible for
leading the incident management process to resolution and restoring our company's provided IT operations swiftly.

What you’ll do

As an Incident Manager at Telenor your role is to lead the incident management process and collaborate with the incident management teams to ensure that all protocols are diligently followed and restoring our company's provided IT operations swiftly within agreed SLAs. We are a team of enthusiastic problem solvers with different cultural backgrounds but one common goal to help Telenor provide great service to end customers.

On a daily basis your responsibility will be:
* Prioritize incidents according to their urgency and impact on the business.
* Identify recurring incidents and work closely with Problem Management to identify Root Cause and Defect Prevention Process investigations.
* Act as a Single point of contact to escalate and coordinate all high severity incidents (Severity 1 and 2)
* Manage E2E of all Major Incidents and Major Incident Risks within scope.

You will also work with senior management and stakeholders to maintain and improve the incident Management to ensure its effectiveness as well as develop and provide operational metrics for all incidents- Mean Time to Repair, aging, status, root cause

Who are you

We think you are an experienced Incident Manager with a minimum of five years of experience in Incident Management. You have worked with operations in a complex IT system environment interacting with multiple DevOps teams and Partners.

You have experience of:
* Solid operational, application support background involving level two and level three analysis and resolution of problems.
* University degree or diploma in information technology.
* Hands on experience with Java, SQL and Unix.
* Experience working in a distributed and online environment.
* Very good oral and written communications skills in English.

Meritourios if you have:
* Experience from the telecommunications sector.
* Working knowledge of ITIL Process.

To success in this role you have a people-oriented mindset, with the ability to drive continues improvements in your squad.
