Backend Developer - Hemfrid

Your work assignments

As a Backend Developer, you are part of a team that will make Hemfrid successful in its continued development of our primary Salesforce business system. Since 2018, Hemfrid has taken big steps in digital development and has received several awards for digital achievements. Our goal is to have completely internal ownership of our IT processes and our IT development, and we hope that you want to be part of our journey.

In this role, you will be part of our IT Operations team, which is built up of two functions, Development and Operations / Support. Our development team is divided into the functions Web, App, Backend, and Salesforce. The team works closely together to develop and support Hemfrid's operational function. As a Backend Developer, you will continue to build a self-sufficient scalable CRM (Salesforce) system to support and enable Hemfrid's growth. You will be working on several, both longer and shorter, projects in parallel including having the ownership of it within your area of responsibility. The projects might consist of e.g. developing an app or increasing the customer experience. You will work in close collaboration with the rest of the team which consists of developers and SF-admins as well as stakeholders across the organization.

In addition to this, we are happy to see that you have:

Good experience within Backend Developer, not just by coding, but where you were responsible for major projects and work from the beginning to the end

A lot of experience in object-oriented development (java, c-sharp, ruby, or python)

Certified in Salesforce is a merit

Experience with any CRM system is a merit

Good knowledge of English, Swedish is a plus

The position is full-time, starting as soon as possible. Hemfrid's headquarter is located at Rosenlundsgatan 40 at Södra Station in Stockholm. You can work from the Stockholms Office or Remote from Sweden (trips to the head office in Stockholm for team building activities take place a few times a year).
