Data Analyst

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our Analytics Team in Stockholm.

Your role will focus on providing the organization with insights to enable data-driven decisions. Working closely with product stakeholders, you will help to translate business requirements and KPIs into analytical services. You will work with different tools to prepare, build and visualize data to explain insights to stakeholders.

The team

The analytics team currently consists of five developers, including a Tech Lead. Data is the heart of what enables Budbee to deliver packages to our customers' doors accurately and efficiently. Therefore our main objective is to provide various teams with reliable tools enabling data-driven decisions. We work collaboratively and closely together as a team to make sure we’re constantly improving the functionality and stability of our products.

We are an international team so Swedish is not a requirement if you are fluent in English.

About you
You have a curious mind passionate about data and the stories behind it. You pay great attention to detail and consider quality and scalability as fundamental values. You care about providing a great end-user experience. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and taking initiative. You drive discussions and have strong communicative skills. You are well-versed in the agile process.

Desired skills

- Fluency in SQL and variants.

- 2+ years of experience in interviewing stakeholders and fetching business needs and requirements.

- 2+ years of experience with BI tools e.g. Tableau and data visualization

- Experienced in working with an agile development methodology

- A strong analytical problem solver and comfortable tackling loosely defined problems

- Experienced in working with an agile development methodology
