Embedded Application Developer

What you would do as our Embedded Application Developer

At ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions, our ARX is one of the market-leading innovative security systems in Scandinavia. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining a leading security system in alarm and access control based on high security and capacity, scalable and configurable infrastructure.

You will:

• Work with software development for embedded Linux systems.
• Oversee new feature development, enhance current functionalities, and maintenance of previous releases.
• Perform testing, design documentation, and creating firmware standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various stakeholders and occasionally meet clients with live systems.
• Work according to agile methodologies.

The skills and experience you need

• Proven hands-on development and troubleshooting on embedded targets, system design, solution-oriented, and design documentation.
• Solid programming experience in C/C++.
• Experience with platforms such as Linux, JIRA /Confluence.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken is required.
