Requirements:
- MSc in Sustainable Production Development, Production Engineering or similar
- Programming experience in Python and Matlab
- Modeling and simulation experience in Simulink
Main tasks:
- Define, drive and coordinate development projects with cooperation partners
- Drive Innovation: Produce new ideas, seek opportunities for improvements. Devices effective change initiatives.
- Identify potential gaps in portfolio, both against competition, and new market opportunity.
- Provide technical support to sales team
- Participate in external meetings
- Provide expertise and knowledge-sharing to develop methods and products
- Develop technical papers, reports, reviews and specifications
- Keep up to date with relevant scientific and technical developments
- Develop and maintain sustainability strategy
- Evaluate projects in terms of the three pillars: social, economic and environmental performance
