About this opportunity

Welcome to the Personal Banking and One Digital Architecture team. We add value by architecting next generation digital customer experiences and product and service offerings for personal customers. As Expert IT Architect, you’ll play a valuable role in defining how our change initiatives can meet customer and business demands by providing easy to follow architecture designs and guidelines.

What you’ll be doing:
* Interact with Product Owners, CX/UX Designers and more to clarify the problem to be solved
* Draw on existing architectures and technology standards to determine feasible options
* Drive design decisions for the the solution architecture and document the result
* Interact with build teams to ensure the architecture is realized
* Interact with the wider architecture community to facilitate learning and maturation

You’ll join a dynamic and experienced international team. The role is based in the Nordics.

Your experience and background: 
* Driving solution architecture designs in banking or similar industries
* Driving alignment and resolving conflicts across stakeholders like Product Owners, Legal, Designers, Developers, Operations etc.
* Contributing constructive feedback to fellow architecture community members and contributing to the maturation of the architecture practice
