Information about the position
The team is responsible of the interaction design for the companies´ trucks and buses. The group collaborations span over several business areas and departments. Their working environment is characterized by inclusion, team spirit, flat hierarchy, and transparency.
Currently the team´s focus is to investigate how trends such as digitalization, electrification and advanced driver assistance systems will shape the future driver workplace. The group consist of 7 people working as Interaction Designers, UX Designers, a Sound Designer and the supported roles, Scrum Masters and UX Studio Engineers.
Job duties
You work closely together with your team in combination with cross functional collaboration both with designers from other areas, as well as colleagues from technical groups. In your role, you will be focusing on:
• building your concepts on insights about the user´s needs
• defining the product expression and customer experience
• keeping the current platform up to date, whilst also staking out the future for their vehicles and services and expectations.

We are looking for
You who put the human in the center of all your design work with the ambition to bring them the best possibly product experience. You like to solve problems, communicate with others, and often come with creative ideas. You also:
• have a relevant university degree e.g. within interaction designer, technical design, Industrial design or similar
• communicate fluently in English in both speaking and writing
It is considered a merit if you have Interaction design experience within the automotive industry, FIGMA software competence,
Heavy vehicle interaction design and/or HW/SW product development.
