All about the role:

As part of the Group Quality Team, reporting to the Group Quality Data Director and in teamship with the full Quality Organization globally and in the Business Areas, you will deliver a set of tasks finalized to optimize and further develop the use of data to support the business correctly and proactively.

You will support (and sometimes directly manage) the activities related to Advanced Analytics, Quality Reporting and Data Quality/Problem solving, acting as a reliable interface between Quality and other functions.

What you'll do:

· Contribute to the development of digital solutions to improve our current data on consumer experience (e.g. data from “unknown” factories, ensure monthly regular data availability, etc.)

· Participate in (and drive) some specific use cases within the Group Quality digital roadmap (text analytics, sentiment analysis, forecasting)

· Create ad hoc reports and analyze data and consumers feedback (including competitors) from company quality reporting systems, to extract actionable insights

· Actively support the quality data specialists community

· Cooperate with the Quality organization at all levels, to collect and analyse market specific opportunities and support and initiate appropriate improvement activities

· Support continuous improvement and target setting processes.

Qualifications:

Competencies

· Analytical and logical: analyze (complex and sometimes unstructured) data in an efficient manner, with care for details but keeping a business-oriented mindset

· Interested in generating ideas and developing solutions and own competence.

· Team player: in this role teamship and cross-functional collaboration is a key factor.

· Organized: able to work in teams but also to prioritize own activities independently.

· Curious: have an endless desire to always improve, ask and listen.

· Agile: be able to deal with continuously changing landscapes

· Willing to travel across the globe as needed.

Educational Requirements

· University degree in Engineering, Statistics or equivalent

· Any further education level on Data Science or equivalent would be a plus

Experience and Skill Requirements

· Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a complex business environment

· Sound knowledge of the MS-Office suite (Excel advanced skills needed – Power BI knowledge highly recommended)

· Good communication skills

· Any previous experience in a relevant field (including data analysis, data mining, SQL databases, project management, manufacturing process, product development, programming languages [e.g. Python]) would be a plus

Language Requirements

· Fluent English, spoken and written

· Other European language(s) a plus
