About this opportunity
Welcome to Requirements & Analysis in Nordea Technology. We add value by translating business needs into process and software requirements, to then refine and verify the validity and priority of the requirements together with our stakeholders.
As an IT Analyst, you will play an important role in providing Nordea's business stakeholder with the solutions they need. Important in this are processes and tools for Environmental, Social, and Governance [ESG].
What you’ll be doing:
* Collect, validate, structure and document functional and non-functional requirements.
* Data modelling, gap analysis, data mapping and transformation.
* Support product owner in refining and shaping up backlog (decomposing epics to features and user stories).

You’ll join a unique group of people with various skill sets that work together to run the bank. The role is based in Stockholm.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you have:
* Strong analytical skills and experience in business and IT analysis,
* Strong in collaboration and building relationship with our stakeholders,
* Experience with collecting, validating and structuring business functional and non-functional requirements,
* Experience with process modelling and visualization techniques,
* Understanding of data and information modelling and experience with common data management aspects (schema evolution, lineage, data mapping, data transformations),

* Good writing skills, presentation and communication skills.

Your experience and background:
* Familiar with agile ways of working is an advantage,
* Previous experience in banking domain and financial management is a plus,
* Basic understanding of Environmental, Social, and Governance is a bonus,
* Technical skills being beneficial are: Java, SQL, Cloud, Kafka, Scala (in that order).
