Position Summary
PDU Infrastructure and Hardware (I&HW) is a PDU within DU Core Networks, a DU within BUCI but supplies components & platforms internally to units across the whole company.
Development Center Switching is a unit within PDU Infrastructure and Hardware, with responsibility for E2E development of Switching products and components. We develop the following components and products:
Common components: SCX, CMX, CAX and SMX
Products: Blade Server Platform (BSP)
As a Developer and a part of the CITA team you will support the DC Switching organization with infrastructure for Continuous Integration and framework for Test Automation. The CITA development is distributed over 4 sites.
Responsibilities & Tasks
Continuously develop and improve the test automation framework
Prototyping new ideas
Develop common solutions between products
Continuously investigate development in test automation area
Actively participate in test automation communities around Ericsson
Drive Continuous Improvements of Products and Processes
Perform Continuous Analysis and Requirement Handling
Core Competences:
Good Java programming skills
Familiar with common SCM/VCS tools, like Maven, Git
Familiar with some CI framework like Jenkins
Product Development Knowledge
Lean & Agile Knowledge and Skills
Relating & Networking
Creating & Innovating
Planning and Organizing
Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
BSc level in a technical discipline or the equivalent level of knowledge
Fluent in oral and written English
This is a Traineeprogram - You may have at most 2 years of working experience, no more then 2 years.
