Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data from various sources and platforms to identify opportunities, issues, and areas for improvement.
• Utilize specialized analytic tools and techniques for data collection and analysis.
• Perform in-depth analyses of custom datasets to uncover insights and trends.
• Develop and improve models using statistical techniques such as regression analysis.
• Support and enhance data-driven processes to facilitate the successful implementation of procedures.
• Create reports and presentations to inform and direct business strategy.
• Visualize, analyze, and report data anomalies to ensure data quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm, plan, and prioritize different functions.
• Communicate efficiently with project stakeholders on current and upcoming status.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in statistical modeling, data mining, Python/R, and ETL processes.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational and non-relational databases.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure) for model deployment and management.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, Microsoft Access, SPSS Modeler, SAS Analytics, etc.).
• Familiarity with visual analysis tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio) and AI/machine learning models.
• Proficiency in data manipulation and cleaning using tools like Pandas, Dplyr, or similar libraries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Agile development methodology experience.
• Familiarity with statistical techniques, including regression, hypothesis testing, and clustering.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required.
• Proficiency in Swedish is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with big data processing tools like Spark, Hadoop, or Dask.
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques and their applications in data analysis.
