The essence of the role

You will be an integral part within our data & analytics team while working in close collaboration with stakeholders across the organization to make reliable data available to support driving the business forward using modern cloud-based technologies.

As our Senior Data Engineer, you will:

• Model clean and user-friendly datasets for data consumption.
• Develop ETL/ ELT processes and create data warehouse layers.
• Monitor data feeds and warehouse refreshes, resolving any issues.
• Transform raw data into valuable business insights.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and provide mentorship to junior team members to foster their professional development.
• Share knowledge, mentor, and guide junior team members for professional growth.
• Be part of improving how we work with data across Sinch.

Who are you?

To succeed in this role, we believe you possess:

• 4+ years of related experience in data warehousing, data engineering or data architecture.
• Experience building data pipelines and data warehouses.
• Solid working proficiency in Snowflake and AWS (or equivalent cloud-based tech), SQL and Python.
• A degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, software engineering, or similar.
• Experienced with Telco and Financial data analysis is a plus.

We are open for this to be a hybrid role and you will be a part of the Stockholm team reporting to the Tech Lead Manager of the Data & Analytics Team, within CPaaS Product & Platform.
