Scrive is now looking for a passionate Quality Assurance Engineer who can help us take testing to the next level. You will join our QA team that consists of a mix of people with different cultural backgrounds, different strengths in different areas, but with one ultimate goal, that is to ensure the best quality of Scrive products.

The position is remote, available to anyone living in the EU, but if you are located in Stockholm you can also come to work at our wonderful HQ office in central Stockholm. In this role you will report to the Head of QA.

We'll give you all the tools you need to get up to speed but onboarding is not a one-off. With continuous training and development, we'll make you become a digitization superstar.

Your challenge ⛰

Our products include the web services, eID hub, an e-sign app for mobile devices, and various integrations on third party platforms. You will be working in an agile environment. The primary responsibility is to help the development team identify the risks, and ensure the quality of Scrive products.

Your daily tasks mostly include exploratory testing but you are eager to learn new technologies including test automation.

What you will do:

• Find bugs as fast as possible and ensure the right ones fixed before going to production
• Create test cases and test plans. Executing test plans following the release schedule.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers and other QA engineers
• Identify areas that can be improved
• Be involved in different types of testing such as web testing, API testing, end to end testing, mobile testing, etc
• Provide input/feedback to automated tests. Create automated tests whenever time allows.

To succeed in the role as QA Engineer, we expect you to meet the following minimum qualifications:

• More than two years of experience in software testing
• Test management skills (testrail, or similar test case management tools)
• Documentation skills
• Communication skills
• Jira, Confluence, or similar
• You need to be fluent in English, in both written and spoken.

Big bonus points if you have any of below:

• Experience in web test automation
• Experience in API tests
• Experience in Load tests, mobile tests, etc
• Knowledge in Python, Javascript/Typescript, or other scripting languages
• Knowledge of Linux
• Experience in CI/CD

You need to be fluent in English, in both written and spoken.
