Senior Software Engineer / Application Administrator in CRM

We are a team delivering changes to everyday work for hundreds of front-office advisors of the Bank and thousands of Internet and Mobile Bank clients in Sweden. And we’re looking for a new team member to join our cross functional team within Group Channels and Technology located in Vilnius. You need to be passionate about digitalization and truly believe that success is something that can only be reached by working closely with others. In addition to having knowledge about digital innovations and customer behavior, you also have to be willing to learn from others as well as share your own knowledge and experiences.

What is needed in this role:
- Own a degree in computer science or similar;

- Have experience with Pega system administration
- Have experience with Unix/Linux system administration;

- Have basic knowledge of SQL, Network, web applications;

- Have experience with incident and application management;

- Have a strong desire to learn a new world-class technology platform;

- Have great communication skills in English;

- Have positive attitude, proactive and self-driven personality;

- In addition to having knowledge about software engineering, you also willing to learn from others;

- Are a proactive team player who enjoys sharing knowledge with colleagues;

- Have an open mind-set and willing to working in an Agile environment.
