Intern: Digital Merchandizing

PURPOSE

Work will be focused on product related content – with emphasis placed on asset management and content publication incl. copy and product information related to merchandize. Further responsible to align range and coordinate master data in CMS, demand planning and forecasting for eCom. Ensure that products and attributes are placed correctly on the site and appealing to the consumer’s eyes. In the role you would report to Mini Rodini’s Global eCom Manager.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Define product range on eCom in close collaboration with marketing
• Align with marketing, sales and production on content that goes on the website (products, descriptions, prices)
• Assist in tracking inventory and sell-through
• Ensure online product display and availability
• Work closely with marketing, sales and production to understand product/brand priorities and ensure timely product launches on eCom
• Assist in developing merchandising strategy for eCom,
• Handle assortment planning & merchandising for eCom, including assisting in efficient forecasting
• Assist with sales analysis
• Research eCom consumers’ characteristics, shopping behaviors, etc.
• Monitor competitors performance and extract insights to recommend overall brand/product value proposition improvements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• High level of analytical skills
• Results driven
• Systems proficiency is a must
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• MS office proficiency

QUALIFICATIONS

• University Degree in Business, Engineering or another relative discipline
• 1-2 years relevant work in digital marketing, online merchandizing or similar is a merit
• General eCom knowledge is a plus
• Familiarity with systems like: Silk, Google Analytics, Magento
• Team Player
• Can work under stress, are organized and good at prioritizing
• Likes to work in teams with other departments, but is also self-propelled
• Are humble, flexible and a problem solver
