Natural Cycles is an international team filled with smart and ambitious colleagues working remotely and from offices in New York, Stockholm, and Geneva. Our mission is to pioneer women’s health with research and passion by empowering every woman with the knowledge she needs to be in charge of her health.

We’re looking for a passionate, self-starting Designer for our Product team to help us define how our users interact with customer care. You’ll take a broad approach to our customer care, designing experiences across our app, help center, and chatbot.

By joining our team, you’ll get the opportunity to collaborate on a variety of projects with a team of product designers, engineers and customer support agents in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment. You’ll work on big, strategic projects as well as short, iterative A/B tests where you’ll get to see the impact of your work right away.

What you will be doing

- You’ll be a part of the product team and work on products across the app but your main focus will be on our customer support journeys, helping our users find answers to their questions and simplifying the daily work of our customer care agents.

- You’ll work on projects from start to finish - mapping out user journeys, wireframing, sketching, and creating polished visual mockups. Your main focus will be designing a smooth experience for our users, when they need to reach customer support.

- You’ll collaborate with our developers to build up and improve our existing AI chatbot experience,

- You’ll be working in a tight-knit agile team with a product manager, other designers, and software engineers on a day-to-day basis. You’ll often collaborate with our customer support and user research teams.

- You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the team’s product roadmap, ideating ways to improve our product on your own and with the team.

- You’ll also be a part of the Product Design team, collaborating with designers from across product teams at Natural Cycles. You’ll contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system and brand, collaborate on strategic projects, and help build team processes.

What skills and experience we think that you have

- You have a good understanding of UX and Service Design processes

- You use human-centered design methodologies and practices to elevate the customer centricity in your team and stakeholders around you (e.g. conduct workshops, brainstorming sessions, sprints, etc.)

- You can also design beautiful interfaces, applying your knowledge of color, typography, layout, and other design principles. You also have a proven record of designing high-quality solutions and creating a holistic user experience across both desktop and mobile

- You’re used to working with a data-driven design process, and incorporate both quantitative and qualitative data in your work.

- You’re able to articulate and explain your ideas, can listen to and give feedback, and work well both independently and as part of a team.

- You might also have experience working with uplifting customer support in products or creating flows for chatbots or similar AI experiences

- You have 3+ years of design experience.

- You have an online portfolio or PDF with case studies of projects and design implementations, that you can’t wait to share with us!

- We are a hybrid-remote team, and will prioritize candidates who are located in Stockholm or can travel to our office there regularly.
