In 2022, Instabee was founded after combining Budbee and Instabox - two leading last-mile delivery companies with three consumer-facing brands: Budbee, Instabox, and Porterbuddy. Instabee serves millions of consumers across Europe with convenient deliveries and is on track to become the leading European e-commerce enabler. Always with the consumer at heart.

We’re fast, both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to the rest of Scandinavia and parts of continental Europe, but we have no plans on stopping anytime soon. As we continue to expand, the complexity of Instabee grows in parallel. With that in mind, we’re now looking for a Decision Analyst to help on the journey ahead!

About the role

As a Decision Analyst you will identify data management practices that are critical to Instabees success. You will be working closely with stakeholders from different departments. As Instabee is a multinational company, you’ll be engaging with staff and partners in various locations and help us find solutions to different problems but also collect data to make the best decisions. A Decision Analyst plays a pivotal role in helping Instabee make informed and strategic decisions through the application of research strategies, programming, data analysis, and mathematical models, all while remaining tool-agnostic. This position emphasizes an analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, autonomy, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business decision-makers.

Your tasks will include, but not be limited to:

Skillfully address and resolve complex, ambiguous problems by establishing clear structures and taking decisive action.

Distill intricate data and information into concise, actionable takeaways and recommendations, employing both qualitative and quantitative analysis methods.

Collaborate effectively within diverse teams to identify optimal solutions and mobilize individuals and organizations to take action.

Articulate insights and complex topics to audiences of all levels, including senior and junior leaders, in a structured and comprehensible manner.

Continuously seek out, identify and access new and innovative data sources, both internal and external, to enhance the organization's knowledge and data repository

Critically analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform strategic decision-making.

Work collaboratively with different departments to identify business challenges and data needs. Create customized tools to address specific process improvement requirements.

Serve as a subject matter expert across the organization, offering guidance and support to users in analysis activities, including ad-hoc reporting. Share insights and best practices to improve the decision process.

About you

Your sound judgment guides you to make informed and impactful decisions, analyses and recommendations.

You are excellent in English as communicating a roadmap of projects or taking initiatives to drive change in applying data management to solve immediate challenges and other data-related information clearly is critical to the success of Instabee and English is our chosen business language.

Desired qualifications (junior role):

Bachelor's degree within engineering, information technology, finance, economics or other relevant field

Experience presenting solutions to senior management

Experience working within a data heavy environment for at least 2 years

Experience working with solving business problems and improving ways of working

Experience working with data processing tools including Front End visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, PowerPoint, Google Slides) and generic tools (e.g. SQL, Python, Excel/Google Sheets)

Desired qualifications (senior role):

In addition to the above

Has experience in leading multidisciplinary teams in engagements

Previous accountability of the deliveries and its’ quality
