About the position

On behalf of our client, Perido is looking for an Android Developer. The company is a world-leading supplier of transport solutions and together with partners and customers, they are driving the transition to a sustainable transport system. The office is located in Södertälje.

Your daily tasks

You will become a member of the Android Infotainment team, collaborating with innovative colleagues closely within the broader Infotainment area as well as various groups and sections in Embedded SW and Functions. The teams are spread across Sweden and internationally, bringing together individuals of diverse nationalities working on Infotainment apps, system frameworks, and more. You'll be integrated into one of these teams and undertake tasks such as developing apps from the ground up, utilizing predefined SDKs, or constructing user interfaces in line with the company's design standards. Your responsibilities will also include defining the scope for upcoming product increments and the nearest sprints, actively participating in daily scrum meetings, and engaging in brainstorming sessions with your colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Experience with one or more: Kotlin, Android Automotive, Embedded systems, Heavy vechicles
• Sc or M.Sc degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar
• Strong experience in Android development, applications, or framework
• Excellent spoken and written English and Swedish

Meriting

• Knowledge of AOSP with a focus on Automotive applications

Contract type and hours

Full-time, consulting assignment 12 months. Start ASAP.
