Management Reporting & Planning in Business Reporting IT Solutions (BRITS) is looking for a Hyperion Planning expert, to take part in the continued journey of providing new EPM Planning solutions and securing high service levels for maintenance and production.
The unit Management Reporting & Planning Solutions (MRP) is responsible for planning, development, maintenance and support of management reporting systems, tools and processes in the Nordea Group.
The position we offer
MRP is a key part of the development of the new integrated finance process focusing on establishing a common controlling environment for Nordea, based on Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platform. The purpose is to increase quality of decision making by creating a top benchmark controlling solution, supporting management and statutory reporting.
The person is expected to provide expertise in the Oracle EPM platform combined with skills in the financial reporting and planning processes for contributing to high service levels performed by BRITS.
The position is in Stockholm, Sweden. Travelling to the other Nordea countries when needed (typically not more than once per quarter)
The qualifications you need
The candidate should have a bachelor´s degree, preferable in business administration and economics, computer science, statistics, or equal professional experience. To have an analytical profile and problem solving mind set is required.
Expertise competence in Oracle EPM focusing on Hyperion Planning is required as well as experience of working with Essbase and BI solutions (OLAP databases/reports), relational databases and building cubes based on OLAP technologies and dimensional modelling.
Competence and experience of other similar BI systems and/or Oracle HFM, is an alternative. We require good skills in Microsoft Office tools.
For this position knowledge of and interest in technical infrastructure-, integration tools and other components/processes related to the platform is important. Experience of MS SQL server and Teradata is an advantage, since we build solutions on SQL and Teradata (Data Warehouse). Also, experience from controlling or financial planning is an advantage.
Ability to participate in design, build and test solutions or improvements is essential, together with skills to actively take part in discussions with business, IT architects and 3rd party vendors, as an expert in the Oracle EPM solution area.
Competence to build and maintain good relationships with internal and external partners or stakeholders and to be able to occasionally provide training to users is important.
Excellent level in speaking, reading and writing English and Swedish is needed when working in Management Reporting / Planning in Stockholm.
