Are you a Senior .Net Developer that wants to take the next step in your career and become a System Responsible?
We are looking for a .Net developer who wants to lead a team as a System Responsible yet still continue with some development during the first years. The role will gradually change focus into be refined as System Responsible in combination with project management for pre-studies and projects within the service area.
Today the team works with development and maintenance of the system Press Room Application. The system helps H&Ms staff in our showrooms worldwide with their daily work. It is a .Net Web application that supports handling loans of clothes and H&M Home items to media contacts, product information, follow up on media coverages (publicity in media) and more.
The team needs a leader who can maintain our great team spirit and make sure everybody deliver at their best to our customer - business. In your role you will also help the service area with performing pre-studies regarding IT-projects. As a person you have a great interest in people combined with a strong business focus. You are structured, used to work with administrative tasks and have the ability to work independently.

Your responsibilities
The job of a combined role at H&M as Developer and System Responsible comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
- lead and plan the daily work within the team
- be the overall responsible for the maintenance area
- create, plan and report according to budget both internally at IT and to the steering group
- plan and secure the resource needs
- continuously improve the system and processes according to architectural guidelines and IT-strategies
- when needed perform pre-studies and project lead IT projects for initiatives within the service area
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:
- at least 5 years experience of .Net development
- experience from system maintenance
- some previous experience as a Team Leader
- excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, verbal and written
It is a plus if you have experience from project management within IT.
