Quality Assurance - IT solutions for Business

In our fast pace of development, there is no space for detailed manual testing. You will be part of the development team driven by the business needs, with close cooperation with both business and IT, and be an important piece in our change and delivery process. We work in an agile way with short delivery cycles and dynamic priorities. We have a constant will to improve the way we do things and put in effort towards that ideal.

We will help you to succeed and grow with us by giving you the whole picture as well as the details; the introduction includes training at our business departments and taking part in the changes that we are implementing. You will be working closely with our users and customers and will participate in different phases of development projects. You will get the opportunity to work in many areas and specialize in a few.

We have several interesting and challenging tasks in front of us. You will start by focusing on the Rebates Collection product, which is growing rapidly and providing services to very large financial institutions in the constantly changing regulatory environment.

This position is for Stockholm office at Grev Turegatan 19.

Desired Skills and Experience

In order to succeed in this role you need to have knowledge and ambition to become really good at:
Understanding of the software testing process
Logical problem solving skills
Social skills and collaboration with many parties
Operations and business priorities in the mutual funds world
Technical tools used in our solutions (e.g. SQL Server)

We expect that you have completed or are about to complete a degree in Software Engineering (or another related technical field), or have equivalent experience from the industry. It is also critical that you are fluent in English, as our working language is English.
