About Group IT
Group IT is located in Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. We are 1400 employees responsible for running the bank, developing and maintening business strategic and central systems in Swedbank.
All development is managed in projects and we deliver approximately 600 projects and pre-studies during a business year.
Through understanding and acting from the needs of our internal customers, we offer the group competitive IT-solutions which support new products and high level services to our clients.

As Developer/Test Specialist your main responsibility is to deliver high quality development and applications maintenance support by:
Take part in system development & testing Participate in peer code reviews & knowledge sharing Work Agile Identifying errors and creating solutions in line with the organization’s requirements Investigating complex error situations Suggesting and performing changes to improve to quality and effectiveness Implement and drive automated test cases
We are looking for you able to operate independently and take responsibility for the activities, and open to share and learn from your colleagues at the same time. It is important that you are analytical and work methodically
About you
Passion for testing applications and finding errors/malfunctions Care for the end result and understand business value of what you do University degree in computer science or similar in Finance Excellent problem solving skills Good planning and prioritizing skills to manage a varied and pressurized workload Good spoken and written English Agile/scrum and/or Test automation knowledge is an advantage Object oriented programming knowledge (preferably Java) is an advantage
