As Lead Front-End Developer you’ll have the opportunity to influence and contribute the way they build their solutions, which technologies they use and how the architecture looks to ensure that they are on the forefront of front-end development.
Arbetsuppgifter:
Worktasks
As Lead Front-End Developer you’ll work with architecture and development of LensWays web applications. You will enusure that whatever tools, libraries, framworks, best practices etc that LensWay has is followed by the Front-End Developers and togheter you’ll further develop and maintain the web application which is currently based on an Apache Tomcat platform. In your role you’ll work close with product owners and UX to develop modern user interfaces for both their external and internal customers and actively contribute to further development of their new in-house-developed JavaScript framework.
Profil:
Education, experience and personal qualities
• At least 4 years of work experience in front-end development
• Excellent skills in JavaScript, jQuery, CSS3, HTML5 and SasS
• Excellent knowledge of responsive solutions
• Experience of web-based solutions and / or e-commerce solutions
• Experience in agile methodologies
• The following areas are a strong plus: BEM, GULP, Bowe, SVG, Apache Tomcat, Angular, RESTful programming, Continuous Deployment/Continuous Integration
• You have most likely an academic education
• Fluent in English
As a person you are motivated by new technology and wants to push development forward. You have a solution oriented approach and you like to try new things which allows you to work independently for targets. As a leader you’re good at transforming technology into words and actions. Through your technical experience, you have the ability to see long term in a holistic perspective.
