IT Process and Workflow Developer (JIRA & ServiceNow)

We are looking for an IT Process and Workflow Developer . In this role you are responsible for developing system support for both IT and Business processes in Jira and ServiceNow . The work includes the whole development process from requirements gathering to development, test and deployment, but also user support.

To succeed in this role you need good prioritization skills and great analytical ability . You work in a structured and systematic manner in order to create high quality results and you have a process oriented approach to achieve continuous improvement. You quickly adjust to new situations and easily establish good relationships. You have a deep interest for IT methodologies combined with application development skills.

• IT service management ITSM/ITIL • Agile methodologies • Process Workflow modelling • Data modelling • JavaScript • HTML • SQL • XML

It is a great advantage if you have previous experience from Jira and/or ServiceNow development .
