3 - Configuration manager to our IT department

3s IT department started our transition to Lean/Agile methods for about three years ago and the impacts have been nothing less than tremendous.  In a short time we have seen major improvements to our quality, faster time to market, more frequent deliveries, and employees that are embracing continuous change as something positive. 

Now we are looking for a Configuration Manager that can join us in our quest to become Scandinavias most awesome IT department.

The role:

• Being the IT departments passionate Atlassian product guru – Setting up, updating and maintaining agile workflow systems as well as functional process guidance in the use of our Atlassian tool set.
• Support "change" within our agile methods and best practices around Continuous Delivery
• Finding relevant tools, plug-ins and new tech "discovery" to support an Agile IT organization and support better quality and velocity
• Knowing the tools we have (knowledge center) and holding sessions to have employees learn more.
• Administration of users, servers and tools/software
• Support in setting guidelines and well functioning routines around tools, environment set-up and use, version control, documentation, storage of files and data
• Understanding and supporting updates and changes and improvements to our test environments both hardware and software wise.

Your profile:

You need to have a Bachelor of Science in Technology or equivalent and a minimum of five years of experience in a role such as a Config. Manager, Developer, DevOps resource, test automation specialist, Technical IT Project Leader or likewise driving technical projects. You should have experience from setting up environments and in continuous delivery and test automation. Knowledge in Linux, basic programming skills, scripting and networks are must haves.
