Storytel is Northern Europe's largest audio book service. We are offering thousands of audiobooks and e-books in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Holland, Poland, Finland & Russia, and is expected to to enter several new markets within this year. About the role
Are you someone with passion for data, analytics and insights and do you want to be a part of a dynamic team in a fast growing company? In Storytel it is a very important strategic area to understand customer behaviour and content, in order to create the best possible customer experience. We are looking for a passionate and ambitious person to help achieve our ambitious goals within this area. In the analytics team we work with SAS, but it's not a requirement to have SAS experience.
What will you do?
- Be responsible for all customer/UX knowledge needed
- Have contacts across different internal stakeholders
- Translate stakeholders questions into questions that can be answered by BI
- Connect findings and recommendations to business initiatives
- Support all business areas with relevant insights
Your profile
We are looking for someone that has:
- A business degree
- A flair for numbers and communicating data into knowledge
- Data analytic skills
- Ability to work independently as well as under the direction of project managers
- Ability to present business insights
- Knowledge in Excel & PowerPoint
Its beneficial if you, as many of our co workers, have an appreciation of books or audiobooks.
