Group IT is a cross-border organization with 1500 IT employees spread across all home markets, located in Stockholm Umeå, Tallinn, Riga and Vilnius. Group IT is responsible for IT management in ensuring the long-term focus of IT and adaptation to the bank's business strategies. Last but not least, Group IT deliver a range of IT services to the bank, including development and maintenance.
About the job Our team of 100 IT professionals in Stockholm, Vilnius, Tallinn and Riga are responsible for delivering all Application Development and Maintenance services to our internal customer Group Payments & Cash Management and also to E-commerce & Consumer Finance
As a Senior System Analyst, you will create high level design concerning development and integration of IT systems. You will analyze business processes, user needs and Swedbank internal guidelines and transform them into software solutions. Your competence areas include bank business and IT system interaction analysis as well as project and maintenance support. Efficient communication with IT and business stakeholders will be an important part of your job.
In addition to investigating, analyzing, designing, documenting and reviewing IT solutions, you will be advising Project Managers and other architects in both business and development-related subjects.
What you need to succeed To excel in this role, you will need:
Several years of experience in designing Mainframe based applications and solutions
Knowledge of integration, SOA, file transfer, messaging and database integration
Strong analytical skills to catch business logic and turn it into software solutions
Good communication skills in English
Permit to work in Sweden
Also, it is a plus if you have:
Business knowledge in Payments & Deposit area
Knowledge of Cobol and/or Java
Swedish language skills
