Who are we?

Learnster is a cloud-based service that can free the educational content locked within the halls of classrooms and seminar halls and make it available to anyone anytime on any device (mobile, tablet or computer).

We provide the technology and tools that can help educators with end-to-end service from giving them platforms to help them create quality educational content, till streaming, sharing and administering their trainees/students. We were recently chosen to Sting as a up and coming growth and innovation company.

Our customers are all companies that are in the training/ education field, but primarily training providers, consulting companies and companies training their employees.

We have our amazingly talented and dedicated software development team in Ukraine. We are looking for our senior DevOps engineer to lead the team from our office at Sup46 in Stockholm and become the potential CTO of Learnster.

What are our challenges?

We want to scale our sales for Learnster. As we grow, holding the larger vision of creating impact in education along with prioritizing the needs and demands of our customers is a challenge.

We’re looking for someone who can lead our development to deliver the most simple and efficient cloud-based educational platform that redefines Ed-tech.

What would be your day?

We’ll start the day with discussing the product priorities from the customer side and align our product roadmap and progress. You’ll work with our software development team to assign their deliverables and facilitate them to ensure module delivery.

You’ll be working with code-review, handling bug/tickets raised by our customers and maintain the codebase to ensure the best experience for our users.

You have solid software development experience.
You have been in a startup environment where you’ve experienced scaling products.
You have strong leadership skills and you own your product to ensure its success.
You’re not alien to working in Linux servers or code in python or angular and have experience with Rest Frameworks and AWS.
We are in a phase where we have paying customers awaiting to use our product and the accelerating demand is exceeding all expectation.
