Job Description

  • Turn business challenges into structured data analysis
  • Be responsible for the full analysis process from problem and scope definition to data extraction, cleaning, analysis, visualisation, creating recommendations, and presenting results
  • Be the data analytics expert in cross-functional teams and collaborate with business stakeholders to solve business challenges using data analytics
  • Test and develop methods and models for data analysis in close collaboration with business analysts and data scientists
  • Work on a broad variety of business challenges with a wide range of business stakeholders (sales, purchasing, logistics, marketing, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Have an academic degree in a quantitative field (economics, business, engineering, statistics, finance, computer science, etc.)
  • Have at least 2/3 years of experience working with data analytics and/or data science
  • Have a strong business sense and experience scoping and turning loosely defined business challenges into structured data analysis that generate actionable insights to guide business decision making
  • Have strong communication skills and are skilled in translating and explaining complex data analysis to non-technical and/or senior stakeholders
  • Have excellent presentation skills enabling you to hold presentation and share insights in a clear and convincing way to senior stakeholders
  • Have informal leadership experience enabling you to coach colleagues and advice business stakeholders on the use of structured data analysis so solve business challenges
  • Have hands-on working experience writing advanced SQL queries to extract, prep, validate and analyse large data sets
  • Have experience and are skilled in analysing, visualizing and presenting complex data set using Tableau, Power BI or ggplot. You might also be able to perform data analysis using R or Python
  • Prestige-less, humble and enjoy collaborating with others to solve problems
  • Naturally curious, determined in your approach and self-driven. You strive to find solutions to the challenges you face
  • Fluent in English, Swedish is not mandatory

Additional Information

The position will be located at our newly renovated head office in Stockholm, Sweden.
