Marginalen Bank introduced Robot Process Automation with Kofax RPA in 2018. Today we are running over 60 processes in production and need to scale up the team in order to grow further.
Marginalen started to use Kofax KTA for orchestration a capture in 2021 and we will use KTA for automated workflow solutions in the coming years. We are a small team with 2 developers and 2 analysts taking care of the full development circle in RPA, handling orders, doing the analysis, development, incidents and maintenance.
Responsibilities
• Identifying and designing business processes for automation
• Setting up, testing and monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without risk of error
• Monitoring and maintaining automation post-implementation and resolving any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations
• Producing process documentation in order to outline mistakes and successes and refine processes going forward
• Ensuring quality automation using Quality Assurance (QA) processes and prevent any potential bugs

Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a software development role.
• Experience in developing workflow-based solutions.
• Experience with any one of the leading RPA Software (e.g. UiPath, Kofax, Power automate) advantageous.
• Willingness to learn and become an expert in RPA and other automation technologies.
• Experience with Database
• Basic Proficiency in programming languages, such as C, Python or .NET.
• Expertise in writing custom scripts, modules and Workflow agents in any RPA software (Kofax is preferred).
• Ability to work with a structured and methodical approach, combined with an inquiring mind.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
