Work with business leaders, other SME and People colleagues to deliver analytic solutions and controls that help the business make fact-based decisions, mitigate risks and to ensure that data and measurable impact is at the core of our People solutions.

Deploy a “test and learn” approach to test hypotheses and iterate towards a goal

You will

  • Understand business challenges to deliver solutions to help leaders drive growth and mitigate risk.
  • Prototype analytics solutions using agile ways of working and the latest and or best fit technologies.
  • Build dashboards and reports via BI tools to track, manage, and provide insights on KPIs.
  • Use project management skills to lead projects and influence / acquire agreement and drive completion.
  • Create ways of communicating and visualizing analytical insights, to improve the user experience and storytelling outcomes.
  • Develop and implement action plans to improve performance.
  • Drive improvements of key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Work with the Total Rewards SME and the rest of the People community to ensure the identification of compliance risks, participating and performing Anti bribery and corruption controls. Help implement the relevant compliance programs.
  • Work with HR IT and other stakeholders to secure that the HR Information System and connected modules provide the right level of accuracy and transparency to data and analytics across the organization.

To be successful in the role you must have

  • Solid grounding in basic mathematics, probability, statistics needed for data analysis and experiments.
  • Experience crafting reports and dashboards with modern BI tools like (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense)
  • Knowledge of data cleaning, wrangling, visualization and reporting
  • Knowledge of programming language (like R or Python) will be an additional advantage
  • Good collaboration skills
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written, and able to express own thinking clearly
  • Ability to engage, inspire and drive influence people in a matrixed organization
  • Effective communication, presentation and customer handling skills
  • Enthusiasm, curiosity, and interest in people data and how it can be applied to tackle business challenges
