Lime CRM Stockholm is the Swiss Army Knife software engineering team at Lime. The past year they have gone through an awesome metamorphosis. They went from being an acquired dedicated product team to being the go-to team for whatever needs done in the immensely complex world of CRM from features, web platform, backend, and cloud operations. The job

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join us in building our platform along with reusable components and tools that our consultant colleagues use when customizing our products for our customers. How big is the reach of the product? Well, currently Lime CRM software interacts with approximately 100 million people on a daily basis.

Software is the core part of our business at Lime and we work together in a cross-functional team for the engineering teams to get the business input. Together with our Product Owners we use ShapeUp as the agile methodology. We meet regularly and decide what’s essential to the product and how it should evolve.

The Engineers at Lime are problem solvers who strive to understand how everything fits together. We do pragmatic solutions to hard problems, a good mix of freedom and responsibility, and most importantly – having a great time at work! We are encouraged to come up with new ideas and experiment a lot. We think long-term and our ambition is to write clean and maintainable code. We take ownership of architecture and automated testing.

We always stick to the “best tool for the problem” approach – we listen to industry trends with interest, but evaluate if something is right for us. We do things that matter to our customers and maintain a vision to stay on the right path.
Our main stack

- Our backend runs Python and the application is built using Flask
- We use TypeScript in our frontend and use web components a lot.
- Our infrastructure is built with AWS, Docker and GitHub Actions

We have a lightweight process using the latest Agile techniques with stable feature cycles, no deadlines and an emphasis on understanding the actual problem rather than specifications.
