Java Developer in Data analytics

We are now looking for an experienced Java developer ready and eager to work in Data analytics. As a Java developer at DEK Technologies, you will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for end-to-end product development including design, implementation, testing and documentation.

The project is built on Analytics Implementation Architecture as Network System Tests produce a vast amount of data to be analysed. It deals with setting up and maintaining the data pipelines, also running test evaluations based on analytics jobs, evaluating test case results and providing a test verdict. It helps testers and system managers to examine large amounts of data in the simplest and quickest way to uncover hidden patterns and correlations to isolate unwanted system behaviours.

Technical Skills:

- At least 3 years of extensive experience in Java programming (Java8/Java11)

- Experience with Kafka, Spark, Zeppelin

- Experience in Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Prometheus

- Experience in ElasticSearch, Kibana, Grafana, FluentD, Hive is a plus

Key qualifications for the position:

- BS or MS in computer science, software engineering or similar, alternatively equal knowledge acquired through working experience

- At least 3 years of experience in application development in Java

- Linux knowledge

- Knowledge of version control systems, e.g. Git, Gerrit

- Fluent in English, spoken and written
